Hi my six month old pullet is acting strangely. Last week she started squatting for me. she has not laid yet. Today she is going in circles in the nesting area and squeaking really loudly and nervously.she will squat then get up and circle again squeaking loudly.my other laying pullet has always been so quiet when she lays. She does not even do the egg song.is what I'm experiencing with this pullet a pre egg ritual? Why is she so nervous? My other pullets didn't do this. Do you think she's getting ready to lay?she is latterly going in circles ! She is strangely nervous. What is this behavior?
