I’d say ease of cleaning. When you can keep equipment clean easier then it tends to last a long time.

Sorry for the misunderstanding!

Between the three, I'd say my favorite feature is the red mite resistance. I've heard that for a chicken, having red mites is like being trapped in a small room full of mosquitoes. I want my hens to be as happy as they possibly can be, and I think the Nestera coop would help them enjoy their lives.
