Nesting box size

Our Orpington hen is pretty big and I am concerned that our current nesting boxes will not accommodate her.
What is the normal size of a nesting box? Does anyone w/ Orpingtons (or larger birds) up the size of the nesting boxes?

We have BOs, the nesting boxes are around 14 x 14. They fit in there fine.

My nest boxes are 12 inches cubed One box can accommodate 2 Golden Comet hens at once.

I use 16" cubes because my hens like to socialize in there. Yesterday I found 6 California Gray pullets in one box. There were 3 other nests, 2 unoccupied at the time, yet they all crowded in there.
I think they were gossiping about the CCL girls next door, but they hushed up as soon as I got within earshot.

My nests are 14 x 14 x 16" tall.

Most of mine are 12x12 (there milk creates) and most of my birds fit in them.
