nesting box

I'm going to screw my nesting box to the wall, How high should I put it ?I'm just setting up my coop.

Welcome to BYC -- the best location for them will depend on the interior of your coop, the breeds you will be keeping and how you intend the birds to access them. Will the interior have ample room for them to get a good go at flying up to the boxes (and, often more of a challenge, down out of them), for example, or are quarters tight enough that they will need to be able to get there with a less wingy "hop" -- are your intended breeds more flight capable or less? The other side of the equation, once bird comfort is addressed, is human convenience - what height is comfortable for you and any potential helpers you might have in the coop?
