Wife said I needed to rebuild back porch, so I did

And I had these stairs left over.





And I saw nesting boxes in my head!

That's one heck on an idea. My husband was at a training thing (for lack of better words) and they were learning how to make steps. Well my husband not wanting to waste the wood brought all them home. It was just the stringers they were cutting, and let me say, not two are the same. Not even the ones does by the same person. But now i have a bunch of these that would work perfect for nesting boxes. They are close enough matches I can make use of them. Thanks for the great idea!

Clever...wish I had those for temporary steps between demo and rebuild of my front deck tho.
