Nesting boxes

My chickens apparently do not like my nesting boxes. They've only been laying for about 2 weeks, the others are starting to join in on the party and now I'm getting more and more eggs. It's very exciting, but theyndont use the boxes. I've got then 14 inches off the ground, but they are laying 7nfer them, next to the feed, ad in the corners. Digging out there own nests in the beddong. I even took s box down andnlayed it where one girl was laying, she proceeded to lay next tot that box !

Any tips ?

Try putting wooden or ceramic eggs in the boxes. They may just not realize where to lay. Good luck!

forgot to mention, I put the first few eggs in the boxes lol
