Nesting Boxes

How many nesting boxes should be adequate for five Hens? My current coop has 2. I ordered 4 hens but got a fifth. Looks like they are all going to make it. So wonder if I should add another neseting box to the coop?

I have 5 hens, they have 2 available and all use the same one. Sometimes at the same time.

We have five chickens with two nesting boxes or nesting corners, and they all squish into them. Sometimes I come into the coop and find three, all laying in the same nest.

I have one nest box for 9 RIR pullets. I've seen 5 at a time in there... oh yea it's 36" wide, 14" tall and 14" deep. No one has to fight over a favorite nest box when there is only one so they just sit side by side.
