I can’t get the video of my chicken, just about 7 months old, but she is keeping mostly to herself. She likes to stay in wheelbarrow, she wants olive oil, which I’ve given in cucumber slices. She is not laying, she “rolls her head around from one side to another to facing another direction, intermittently. It is unusual and scary.
She seems very neurological, but can walk fine and function otherwise. She has stopped laying eggs and I am trying to see what I can do for her to help her.

It sounds like your hen has a vitamin deficiency, specifically Vitamin B1 which can cause "helicoptering/stargazing."
I highly recommend that you stop giving your hen olive oil and cucumber slices, including your other chickens.
Hens over 20 weeks old should be fed layer crumbles or pellets. No more treats.
As for your helicoptering hen, purchase Vitamin B1 and give her one tablet daily for 14 days. Hopefully there will be improvement, if not, nerve and muscle damage has occurred.
