Woohoo, I think I got a wyandotte egg! It's pullet-sized, and the color of my legs in the winter.

Woohoo, I think I got a wyandotte egg! It's pullet-sized, and the color of my legs in the winter.![]()
or my legs all year round! I've gotten 3 creamy colored eggs from one of the wyandottes so far. I wonder if they will stay that light.![]()
No they won't stay that light but they will be lighter than your BR's are and without the pink tint to them. Just let me know if you want to see them?
I would say yes to bring home all the lavs. If there are enough lavs to get the two I wanted originally, that is great. i would take the lav black splits, as well, although i think they are all black in color, just carrying the lav gene.
Sheryl, I think Missy had mentioned you wanted 1 BLRW chick? is that right? Seth, let me know if you want any BLRW chicks. i think they are about 3 weeks old. I will take the 6 or 7 left after Sheryl takes hers but speak up if you want a few of those.
Missy, thanks for your coordination of all this. You have been very generous in working this all out and it probably ended up being more than you bargained for.![]()
I am thinking of getting 1 BLRW but I don't want it to be lonely before the ducklings get here.
