Never Crowed yet

Just by looking at photos of others saying their chicks are roosters I really think that some or all of our chicks are roosters, but they are now 8 weeks old and we have never heard any of them try to crow... shouldnt we have at least heard one of them give it a try by now? What do you think?

My boys didn't start to try to crow until they were about 14 weeks. I have about a dozen boys that were hatched on March 12th and none have tried to crow yet.

One of my 6 week old EEs is crowing. I have heard him several times in the last 2 days. Hilarious!!

I have about a dozen boys that are 6 weeks old and they are still peeping. I have a lot of cockerels of different ages.
