(: Okay. Thanks. So far only two have attempted two hatch...one is all the way out and the other isn't out, but has the shell almost cracked in half.

One of the chicks is completely hatched (I forgot that we also have two bantam buff orpington hens, so we think it's a polish x orpington bantam) and it keeps climbing on top of the other chick that's hatching's egg... Is that a problem???

I'm about to go outside and get the lamp... I thought it was inside, so I was looking for it in here, but my mom just told me it's in the barn. I'm wasn't too worried about rushing because someone said they could stay in the incubator for 2-3 days... Should I go ahead and take them out though?

get the brooder warmed up.
leave the bator alone but watch the chicks in there if they start breathing heavily ie panting whip them out as fast as you can and get them in to the brooder.

have you a thermometer if so place it at the lowest point get it to about 95f if not put your hand at the lowest point so it feels just nice and warm not hot.

Okay. That's been done. One is just sitting in the lower half of the egg shell... Should I wait and let it move around before I take it out? ..and should I go ahead and take the other one that's fully hatched out, or should I take them out at the same time?
