Never seen this before, it is kind of barred

I've heard that a deficiency in a birds diet from one of the b vitamins can cause abnormal feathering where the pigment is removed causing them to look whitish, the feathers in this quail do look a bit odd to me so I would be suprised if this was a new colour morph, any update on the quail now?

I'll get you another picture tomorrow but it still looks the same. I did notice on one of my other quail (from the hatch before this---a couple weeks older) that there is one chick that has just a little white right where the shoulder connects. I'll try to get a picture of that one too but the quail in that pen are trying to eat each other so no guarantees (I am not sure what is wrong with this pen. I have tried treating them for lice and mite and upping their protein. None of my other pens have this problem. This is my grow out pen for my meat quail. ).
