Neverending mites

Looks like Lice Nits.
The eggs are basically "glued" to the base of the feathers. Are you seeing actual crawling bugs or lice on the birds?

To help unglue to the Nits, you can apply some coconut oil and they will start to come off. Some people pluck the feathers, but if there's a lot of them, that may not be practical.

Here's a bit more info with photos to help you I.D. whether you are dealing with Lice or Mites. While treatment can be the same, using Permethrin based dusts/sprays, the 2 "bugs" do act differently and have a different life cycle, so knowing what you are treating and how to treat can help you win the battle.

You can't see Depluming Mites, they live under the shaft of the feathers and feed off blood. Treatment with Ivermectin is needed in order to eliminate Depluming Mites.

Northern Fowl Mites, you should be able to I.D. within the coop at Night and on the birds.

Same with Lice, you should be able to see them on the birds.

Not seeing bugs in months is good. Hopefully the Nits have all hatched and what you are seeing is just empty egg sacs glued to the feathers. Once the birds molt, rake up as many feathers as you can to get rid of them.

The video says elector psp is a 1 use. I've used it multiple times as a bath and cleaned my coop and sprayed it each time. I must be missing some infected birds as I haven't bathed them all. I've caught them all and dusted some, but the way the video Sprays looks way easier than baths. Thank you

This is the bug I thought was a depluming mites because my chickens were losing neck feathers. I would them on me after holding the birds during the day this past summer.
