catray - i thought that, but i will be with it a lot, and i have other birds (quaker parrot, 2 tiels) so i dont have much room for two

It sounds really interesting what you have planned. I assume that you are going to be working with hatching eggs, since you are injecting into the embryo, do you have an incubator? What are you going to do with the other chickens? Jes wonderin....

becky, i plan on getting 3 dozen hatching silkie's, but only the control will be able to really hatch, because i cant allow the chickens that i have injected hatch, they must be "destroyed" 48 hours before hatch day, but for the 10 that do hatch, i am keeppng one as a indoor chicken thats gonna live in my room =3 its gonna be a spoiled chick XD and the other 9 i will be giving to a farm. i am using the incubator provider by my school.
