Can't decide if I forgot about this or the chickens are to blame.....
so here is my intro post for ya'll..
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Have had these goofy birds for about 10 years now, not the same ones of course but chix none the less.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
1 super roo and his nine hens..
(3) What breeds do you have?
Barred rock, banty barred rock,some kind of small black one, and roo is a barred rock.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
fresh butt nuggets
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I am also a master cat herder....(that's herder with an H, not hoarder)....reader....builder.....rider....gardener.....tinkerer....I like to breathe..
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
See above, the cats are NOT...I say again, NOT in charge. Of anything. (Contrary to what they may lead you to believe), I work on dental equipment for a living, and try to keep up with our place.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I found this site through online search. I believe I used keywords: chicken+knowledge+community+I must be crazy
and interestingly enough, this was the first site that popped up...
