It looks great and a very nice set up but....I know that thing will hold more than 5 chickens!

Beautiful coop!

Ours was just a room added to the back of the garage by the previous owners. I made my husband take out the tool boxes he was storing in there so I could make it a coop. I really don't have anything pretty to look at, it's just the back of the garage with a dog kennel against it

What I do like is the fencing! I'd love to have something like that outback to put my Sun Conure in to play in!

There is a major flaw in your coop, too big for 5 chickens, you will probably have strong echoes. I figure another 5 chickens should take care of that. If not keep adding 5 until it does. Congratulations on your 50 th. anniversary. You really earned the coop.

Thank you one and all for all the Anniversary congrats. It's a lot of years but I am very thankful for the wonderful life I've had and plan on continuing only the next fifty will include chickens! I do plan on getting more chickens. There are several breeds that I would like to have. They say the coop holds 25 but I do not want to overcrowd them and I really have these chickens as pets. I will get my next batch in the spring. I have been handling them several times daily and only have one barred rock that does not like being picked up but I'm working on it!
