day two candling... candled all sixteen but only took a few photos.. second photo is a very porous fellow, fingers are crossed. A lot of good, visible vein growth in most of them at this point..

day three candling.. we checked them all, but as we don't want to disturb them too much, only a few photos. We have a few that aren't showing growth just yet, but we are giving them till day six, or seven, to see if they decide to take off. Porous egglet has vein growth.. very tentative about handling the lil fella right now.. lots of very visible, and mobile embryos at this point. bouncy lil babes

day four of candling.. snaps of the more promising of the lot. tomorrow we will be potentially removing the ones we think are not fertile.

surprised by the progress in the porous one, you can't see it very well due to the spotting but they are trucking along with vein growth.. fingers crossed

day five of candling... we removed six of the sixteen eggs from the incubator today, they were bright yellow all the way through.

These are the remaining ten. The porous one still has vein growth and no visible blood ring, so we are letting him continue on. A couple of the others we aren't 100 percent certain of, if anyone has any suggestions on whether all ten of these look like they are truckin' along let me know.
