Hello everyone! So I just acquired 3 hens and I am pretty clueless on how to care for chickens but I am extremely excited about learning and I'm sure I will have tons of questions to ask. I'm from a little town in Northern Italy and live in a small ancient village on a mountain. We decided to get chickens for eggs and for the experience to have them as pets also. We've had them only one week and already I've fallen in love with them and can see each individual personality. One hen in particular is a very spunky girl and I can see she is definitely the dominant female of them all. I hope I can find all the information I need from my fellow backyardchickener's. I will be posting a question as soon as I find the proper place to post is about feeding my chickens.
Ciao for now!

I understand what you are talking about I think you need to go to the top of the page to the search box and type in " Feeding and Nutrition for Chickens " this way you will also learn how to use the sight features
