new, and need help!

Hi,I'm crystal I live in east Tennessee.I have been doing so much research lately and noticed that when I typed in most of my questions this forum would come up and was very informative.so I desired to join.I have an emergency which I already posted under incubation.I probably did something wrong cause I've had no response.I'm glad I joined and hope the future will be under better circumstances.hope to hear from you soon.thanks.

I've never incubated eggs myself so I can't help you but I know there's many experts on here who should be able to assist you.

! Great to have you here. A lot of times people who don't get responses assume they did something wrong in the posting if no one responds. It could just be that the people who have viewed don't have any suggestions. I am a hatching rookie so I won't have much advice to offer either but I'll go have a look. Hang in there!

If we knew what your problem was maybe we could refer you to another thread. I'm wondering if you need to post under "emergencies." Sometimes the way the post is presented just don't attract attention. There are so very many posts on BYC all day long, that alot of people just skim over them- they can't possibly read them all. It's good to use a heading that grabs the eye -

"Incubation Problems- Need Help STAT" might work better for you.

Thanks,after some advice and more research I knew one of my eggs was close to hatching,due to drop down.it was 2 days in yesterday,and I thought to assist,but seeing how I know only what I've learned over past week,I thought I was jumping the gun and desired to wait till morning.wrong! I should have went with my gut. This morning there was no movement and when I opened it,it was upside down.I still have 2 more eggs that won't be long.I'll keep a close eye and if they survive I'll know better next time.( I hope!)
