We just picked up 6 14-week old hens to start our adventure in raising backyard chickens!
They seem to be enjoying their new coop and in a week or two we are going to let them
out to explore our backyard, with us as chaperones! It never rains here in Northern CA and
of course the past 2 days have been pouring! Will have to check out the site for tips on
