My name is Nicci and my family and I just moved to five acres in Upstate New York and I have been dreaming of getting chickens for years! A wonderful neighbor has gifted me with fertilized eggs and her incubator to start my process and what a learning process it is! We have a coop on the property that is about 50 years old that are we are rebuilding with lots of suggestions from all the forums. The eggs she is sharing with me are Plymouth Rock and some sort of Bantam chicken. Super excited for this journey!
