New Auction Test - No Minimum Increments

Okay, I made a change that should help with the bid increment problem. Try all kinds of different bid amounts and we'll see if the problem has gone away.

Until we find the bug in the increments system we were using before we may run with this (if there aren't any problems).

In the long run, increments are a very good idea to keep things moving along. We may go with $0.50 or $1.00 to keep things simple.

Yes, the 50 cent increment didn't work for me. I did the next dollar amount and it was accepted.
