New Australorp hen with eye issue

This is the newest addition to my flock and she appears to have an eye issue, any ideas of what it is, how to treat and is she safe to introduce to the rest of my flock?

I'm no ER expert, but I strongly suggest keeping her separate from the main flock, as sometimes, eye problems can be symptomatic of respiratory disease.

Maybe a closer pic of the eye would help the ER experts out?

the hens went back and the seller was able to show me what was wrong with the eye. A bit of husk was caught in there, she was not ment to be one of the ones sold and the poor seller was mortified. Long story short he was able to remove it in front of me proof it was not illness and gave me an exchange of hens just to be sure I was happy. Thank you all again.
