Additionally, a teddy or sock may cause more harm than a feather duster if they try to eat any loose threads you may not have inspected for.
Because they WILL play with and mouth string.
But again... If you are diligent, the likelyhood of a teddy or sock causing problems is the same (if not minisculy higher) than a natural feather duster in my opinion.
I don't think you could go wrong with any of those options, as long as you inspect them first.
Also, I love mirrors.
And, playing music will help too
I had a lone survivor of an incubator malfunction, and she would cry because she was lonely.
I put on music and she calmed down significantly
