First ones hatched just after lunch. 78 went into the incubator so far early in day 17 we got 8 out. I see lots of external pips now

Quick question. I think it was 12 hours but exactly how.long can I leave them in there before they have to hit the brooder?

Any ideas on how long in the incubator before removal

Sorry no one answered this in a helpful timeframe!

I keep mine within 6-8 hrs; just long enough to fluff up.

Their little metabolisms run quicker than chickens and they need food and water a little faster.

I'm sure all yours are still fine even if they're still in the incubator, though. Just get em out now! (Helps prevent splayed leg too).

Got my first batch out at like the 8 hour mark from.first hatch

This morning however there was no more. That's a bit of a head scratcher for me. I use a still air so I'm hoping more come today
