New babies! Oh Buuuffff....

Well, I just picked up 3 new buff orpinton pullets today! So exciting! Buff Hooligan, your girls inspired me, so I had to have some! They want to grow up to be Hooligans too!

My DD had no idea I was getting them. I surprised her at school with them today. She was thrilled of course!

Um, er, DH also has no idea we have new additions....hmmm....anyone's couch available tonight???

Tell your DH you found em in the coop being picked on by the bigger chickens... and you have no CLUE who the mom is so you brought em inside.

EDIT TO ADD: On second thoughts, let your DD break it to DH - who could resist such a cute little girl and smile !!!!!

Thanks wildsky! I got them at the feed store, they special ordered them for me. I like your plan for my dh, but he knows me too well at this point! Once he sees their fluffy cuteness, he won't be able to resist. He's already admitted that he's glad we got the first 9!

I hear him in the coop talking to them

Then he hands me the McMurray catalog the other day - and says - Not TOO many PLEASE!
