So 2/4 of our first ever batch of baby chicks are boys for sure (combs and wattles keep getting bigger and redder!). One even made an awful squawk sound this morning with his neck out! They will be off to new homes soon.

But last night my darling hubby surprised me with these tiny babies! I mentioned wanting polish or silkies or some funky ones. He drove down to Atwoods to get these. They are straight run so fingers crossed at LEAST 2 are girls. We'll rehome the other four later. (who comes up with these laws?? must buy a minimum of 6 but can only keep 4? derp.)
