These are my last batch of babies hatched and brought back recently from being up north. Just wondering if one is a boy and one is a girl. Thanks

I think they are a month old. And they are the babies of my small white bantam mixed breed and my buff orpington rooster. I will try and get a better pic

They are still young and need a bit more time to develop. However, there appears to be a possible comb difference, but cant see wattles on the top pic. So when taking pics, try to get clear pic of comb and wattles. The saddle and hackle feathers are also where differences show up, so this is where side pics and pics from above are helpful. You can post now, but will be more definitive at age 6-8 weeks old.

rather young, although the first pictured is suspicious. Wait till 8 weeks for comb and wattles and 12 weeks for male or female specific saddle feathers to come in.

Looks like a cockerel and a pullet to me.
