That's too funny!! I got home with those thinking I would be in trouble and the other half just helped get things ready! LOL
I had dreams about some of the others that were left behind!
Poor things! Guess I will have to stop in today and see how they are doing.

When I went to get four chicks from "my" feed store, two ducklings came home with me too.

OMG.

I'm two ducklings over my legal limit of poultry. Luckily, they're Cayugas, and all black. That makes 'em stealth Ninja ducks. Nobody's gonna notice 'em, right???

And I still want a Buckeye, any dark Cochin and maybe a Speckled Sussex. None of those are available at the feed store. But MPC has 'em. *fingers itching to click "checkout" button*

Right now I am wishing my chicks and chickens didn't need more feed and shavings - I just have this feeling that if I go to the feed store 'you know what' will happen again.
