New Baby Chick With Cut on Stomach!!!

Hi! I have a chick that just hatched yesterday and my daughter accidentally dropped the heat lamp on her. she's doing alright but the bulb hit the belly and it's a little raw. shoulder just clean with warm water and soapy water and then some salve?
