Out of 13 eggs only one has survived from a first time mommy duck. My husband went out to check on our ducks today and seen the lil one. He did not get in the duck pen for fear it would stress them all out. So we don't know if there are eggs left in the nest or not. But Mocha (mommy) is being a good mommy duck and keeping a strong eye on her baby. My husband came inside and told me and I had him take a couple of pics. Grumpy Gus (daddy) has mated with the other 2 ducks we have (Sky and Luna) and they are starting to look like they are going to make a nest...we will see....But onto the pics of the happy family.
