New baby pasty but not eating or drinking

Picked up four new chicks today. One had pasty but and I cleaned her up and put Vaseline.
Not eating Or drinking she wobbly.....really worried what else can I do

Im so sorry ,
You need to put together an emergency kit of supplies , ask your vet or feed store people . Just like with children we should be prepared .
