I know this isnt a chicken but she was born this morning, dried off and redy to roll already. Isnt new life amazing. I am incubating eggs, 4 chicks out, 1 chick just pecked a hole, 3 eggs rolling. Eggs came from my coop so who knows what combo they are but they are cute. Babies everywhere today.

onthespot you know what you are looking at. "Bill" has a big head, not the best in conformation but he can turn mean old hefiers that are on the fight, rope and pull bulls in a trailer, push calves in a shoot and do about anything. He is lazy and doesnt like to do things twice so he will do it right to begin with and its up to the dummys sitting on top of him to do their jobs right. Thanks for noticing him.
