So I bought this ball python a few days ago and she is SUPER skinny, to the point where her spine is putruding and her belly is indented. She also never moves which I thought was just from her being new, and by never moves I mean nothing no movement. When I pick her up she has almost like a spider wobble and she corkscrews her head. She's my first BP so I don't know what's wrong or what to do with her.

Poor thing. Where did you get her from?
Give her a week with no handling or feeding to let her settle in.
Do you know what diet she was on (live, f/t, rats, mice)? And about how old is she?
I'd take her to the vet to figure out what's causing the head wobble, and check to see if there's any other health issues.
Seeing as she's so malnourished, it could be that she isn't strong enough to hold her head up.
I'd probably post on a snake subreddit to get the opinions of more snake owners.

She sadly passed. We called the pet store we bought her from. The day we bought her we saw that no one would go near the snakes it took forever for us to find someone that would even open the cage so I doubt they even fed them. We Called tonight after she passed and we got the manager who said he didn't know that they weren't properly feeding the animals. He wants us to come in Tommarow to get to the bottom of it so I'll update Tommarow

That's awful, so sorry for your loss :(
Unfortunately, chain pet stores are known for not getting their animals from ethical places. And considering the care that places like petsmart promote, it's not entirely uncommon for their animals to be cared for badly.

If you do decide to get another snake, or any animal from that matter, look into rescues or reputable breeders. Morph Market is a great place to find quality snakes and breeders who really care for their animals.
