New bantam chick

So we recently bought a few chicks from tractor supply, one my daughter just had to have was a bantam. Not sure what type though . Hopeing someone can help. Was told a TS that it was a mix run . Gray when we got him, he is now 3 weeks and feathers are still gray w/ feathers on feet from time we got him 3 weeks ago.
