New barn, has 20 10x20 runs, need ideas for automatic water

Building a new aviary barn, it has a 7' wide isle down the middle with 10x20 runs going down both sides.

I want to set up auto waters. We have cold weather in idaho, I would really love to have something that auto fills.

Thanks Karen, I'm just trying to figure out how to keep supply lines from freezing in the winter.
