Thank you everyone! It's comforting to know there is a place I can go to make sure I have all the info I need for my little ones. I already had to google what chick poop is supposed to look like and "is my chick dead or asleep" and found out that the drop dead look is normal. Also, looked up if my chick had "pasty butt". Turned out it was just a bit of left over belly button stuff. I get up in the middle of the night to check to make sure that the temp in the brooder is just right. LOL... And I've only had them a week!!

Ohhhh the beauty of being a first time chicken Tender. I remember being the same way! googling every question, worrying about the heat lamp, why does their poop look like that, or am I scaring them too much? Hahaha but what fun it is. Glad you've joined the rest of us peeps!
