New beekeeper here

Yeah.....epic post SillyChicken!!!1
tottally true

you probably know but supermarket honey is actually bulked up with sugar syrup. And the bees are fed on horrible plants like rape seed. this creates a honey that easily crystallizes...so they add a anti crystallizing agent in it!!! Total swizz!! So that is the best excuse to have your own bees.!.!
Please post references proving your claims. Just because honey is sold in a supermarket does not mean the things you claim have been done to it.

I understand that every state has its own rules but here in Wyoming you cannot add anything to the honey and still call it honey so there are definitely no anti crystallizing agents added here.

There was a report about how honey is handled in the industry, mixing honey into bulk from various countries etc. So some things are true, but I can't say all are. And USDA laws on honey has no jurisdiction on what they do with honey overseas before we get it.. even if they set expectations.

consumer beware, read labels and understand what they mean.

USDA requirements have jurisdiction over honey sold here irregardless of where it came from. It doesn't have jurisdiction over honey produced and sold in other countries.

The link provided by @OhZark Biddies contains many links to USDA actions concerning "illegal" honey.

Once you get honey fresh from a hive in your back yard........... you'll never go back to store bought - There's nothing like it!
