Hi everyone,
I have three new hens (B.R., Silver Laced Wyandotte, Buff Orpington) that were born the last week of April. They are healthy, have lots of room to range during the day, solid feed and a modest protein bump 3-4 times a week. A few weeks back I started giving them oyster shells. I have looked all over the yard for egg stashes and I recently added a light in the coop to increase their daily light. But they have yet to lay an egg. Any tips?
Thank you !

How long have you had them?
They are just barely old enough to lay(~20 weeks?),
and if they were just recently moved, that can set things back.

solid feed and a modest protein bump 3-4 times a week.
What exactly does this mean?
Protein and calcium percentages in feed?
What exactly is the 'protein bump'?

I recently added a light in the coop to increase their daily light
What are the times this light is on and off?

Sorry for all the questions but can't give a viable answer without the details.

Oh, and..... Welcome to BYC! @GerardJames
