We have literally the same problem. We had 4 chickens originally who we're free rangers but list 2 to foxes 
we then added 2 more and kept them in the pen as foxes everywhere! But just one of the new ones seems to get chased away from food and isn't allowed to roost with the others. Yet the four original ones were all fine together. Will they ever accept the new ones especially the one they harass the most?
