I purchased an interesting reprint of an old poultry homeopathic medicine book..it's a site called forgotten books..very interesting. Reprints of old books..I actually keep forgetting to read it
the material is from 1891..Before the widespread dosing of antibiotics to poultry. People seem to forget that most modern medicine is a synthetic form that was at one point derived from plants. Example; digitalis derived from digitoxin..found in weeds in my back yard. The may apple root is a digitoxin.. There's a legend that native Americans used it when they wanted to commit suicide. Yup i sound like those homeopathic nuts. But I read a lot. I believe in modern medicine when it's used properly. I weed forage and take herbs for different things but I've also taken medical assisting and phlebotomy. Im viewing both sides of the spectrum. Excuse my report
