New but not

I’m new to this site, but not to having backyard chickens. I moved to the Puget Sound region in Washington and am having trouble finding hatching eggs. My daughters want to try Blue or Black Silkies and Ayam Cemani (sp?). Does anyone have any idea where I can find them without having to buy a full dozen of each?!

You're really not new to the site. You joined 9 years ago but only made your first post today. Shockingly, you do not win the prize for waiting the longest to post.

I would try looking for and joining local FB Poultry groups and posting what you want there to see if there is anyone close enough to you to get what you want. Good luck.

You might be able to try ebay hatching eggs. I've seen ayam cemani eggs sold in batches of 5 there while looking for quail eggs.

There's also the Buy ~ Sale ~ Trade section of the forum which has a section for hatching eggs. If there's not a listing thread with what you want, you can also post an ISO (In Search Of) thread inquiring.
