New but used incubator

I didnt pay that much and the guy siad that it hadnt been used in 3 months but he showed we that the light comes on and it works (I think) How would I go about cleaning it?

I'm sure everyone has their own technique... I scrub mine with hot soapy water, rinse, and then spray it with bleach water (about 20% bleach and 80% water) and let it air dry for a couple days.

I use Clorox wipes simple. Plastic tray I fill with Lysol and hot water let soak (I have hard hard water) actually this time I bought a new one and opted out of scrubbing (kinda of lazy that way).

ok, and does it have to be plugged into a surge protector?
