New butcher/processor in Upstate NY

I just got back from the processor. The chickens were $2.50 each and and extra 30 cents to have them shrink wrapped which was worth it to me, there was also a charge of 40 cents (maybe less) to have them quartered. The place was a little hard to find since Burke seems to have the worlds smallest road signs. If anyone wants good directions, let me know.

How do they look!!!???

From what I could tell they looked really good, just what I was expecting. Having them vacuum sealed was really handy, no juice or blood in the bag. Definitely worth the extra 30 cents. I didn't want the innards but they did put the feet in a separate bag for me so I can make stock one of these days. I forgot to tell my SD about them and she was a little shocked when she was emptying the cooler. lol
