New BYC farmer

Hi! I'm new to the site. Today I got my first chicks. I have 5 if them and they r about 5 days old. I would like them to all grow up to be hens...of course that can't be determined because there so young. But I'm really excited and I want them to be egg Layin' machines! Any tips could and will help
