Hello Friends,

I just adopted six pullets. I am very new to the whole Back Yard Chicken thing. I have been wanting to raise chickens since I visited my girlfriend's (now wife's) family farm in Warrenton, NC in 1984. The problem was that I live in Norfolk, VA. I recently found out that back in September 2013, Norfolk passed an ordinance allowing residents to own 4 hens. I have a lot to learn about keeping my new babies healthy. If anyone has any advice that you would like to share, please feel free.
