So I know SwedishDude99 said that a rooster may try to mate with a call hen, but will a drake of a larger breed of duck (i have two cayuga drakes and two buff drakes) try it?

Absolutely , most drakes will try to mate a rock. With large drakes (especially 3 of them) mating smaller hens, there is always the potential for injury or drowning if they have a pool/pond.
