Yes the "69" was an awsome car as was the "67", the 327 is by far one of the best muscle engines ever to be produced. I am speaking of the non glory years when the Camaro fell from grace in looks and performance, as what happens to some muscle cars at some point. at that point it became the chick car, except for the errant Southern boy with a mullet who has one of those dog's.

Yeah, chick here.....I too think the 4 inch bore on the 327 was probably the best thing out there at the time but I do like the 350 small with a Holley four barrel when we rebuild. Remember the 327 on the Vette.....what year was that 64? that had the fuel injection? I don't remember how many horses that was but that was the fastest car I was ever in and unfortunately was too young to drive.

Ah yes.. the mess of the 70s 80s and 90s Camaros.

Those years do nothing for me. But a 1st gen and the new one? SWEET
They make my soul sing. Now to decide what I will be spending the rest of my life paying for. LOL
They both have their points. I can fix the 1st Gens myself. But the new ones have the safety features and efficiency.. whats a girl to do? !

I ended up dropping a junk yard 350 into her. From a 79 Regal. Had dual exhaust installed. She was a sleeper. And being driven by a girl really put em off.

It took me nearly two years working part time at the local donut store to get her on the road. But she never let me down.
I sold her when I had my daughter. Biggest mistake of my life.
I still have the 327 block in my old garage. Just sitting there. I have had a few bites on selling it. But no one has shown up. So it sits.
