Very, very nice! That is so close to what I have planned for my run, except mine will not have the slope up from the coop.. Almost the same dimensions too.

Do you have any shots of the top/roof of the run? I have a couple ideas for mine, but would love to see how you did yours.

I'm on the road for work (pilot) and will add photos to my BYC page friday. The vertical posts at the outside end of the run and 8 feet in from the end (door post) are 10 foot 4x4s that are in 3 foot holes. These poles each have a bag of concrete in the hole around the pole. After those four verticles, we put 6x6 PT around the base of the run, notching them around the poles. The next step was to add 2x4s along the top of the 15' length of the run. These were set 3 1/2" from the top so the 4x4 joists (cross pieces) could sit on them across the top connecting the opposite verticals. The other vertical posts sit on the 6x6 and are toe nailed. It's quite strong.

Next step was to make sections of 4x4 to go between the vertical posts along the top. these were not really structural, but more for securing the hardware cloth and continuing the 4x4 box shape of the run. Finally we put the hardware cloth on digging 30" down around the run.
