New to the site. Hello! And new to chikens. I went to buy 3 chickens and they said they had sold out. But had one left which was one little rhode island red that a previous buyer accidently left behind the day before! So she was destined to be mine! But she needs friends!

! Happy to have you here! You are correct - your little chick needs some pals - chickens are social and don't do well alone. Here are some options:

Thanks for the love and the links! Its funny bc I just posted on the GA thread asking where I could get more chicks and reviewed the breeder/ hatchery thread. Hopefully I get some friends soon!
